Over the last several months, we have walked alongside our customers, communities and associates as the coronavirus outbreak has raised challenges that would have seemed unimaginable a short while ago. Fortunately, there has been a tremendous effort, both by our government and by your bankers, to make every possible resource available to you during this time. First, the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act was signed into law on March 27, providing an historic $2 trillion in stimulus funds to provide relief for individuals and businesses affected by the outbreak.

Please note that due to COVID-19, we are receiving an extremely high volume of calls, which is leading to long wait times. If you need assistance with the following services, please contact those groups directly for the most expedited response.

Here’s a quick summary of CARES Act benefits and how Simmons can help you get assistance from this relief program.


To help our customers manage their banking business remotely, Simmons invites you to try our online and mobile banking, stop by our ATMs or reach out to our call center. Please note that during peak times when our system is at capacity, you may experience problems logging in to digital banking tools. Simmons Bank is honoring recent regulatory changes that have temporarily suspended restrictions on Savings and Money Market accounts. Now through December 2020, you can make unlimited transfers from Savings and Money Market accounts without a fee or penalty. The standard maximum of six withdrawals per month with a $3.00 fee for each subsequent withdrawal will resume at the end of that period.
