  • Incoming wire transfers - $10 per wire
  • ACH origination items - available upon request with 10 items per month at no additional cost; then $1 per ACH
  • ACH returned items - available upon request with 2 items per month at $1 each then $5 per item
  • Same day ACH - available upon request for $1.50 per item
  • Check positive pay - available upon request for $10 per month
  • Remote Deposit Capture available upon request: 
    • Monthly Maintenance Fee @ $30 per month 
    • Per Check Fee @ 100 items allowed before a $0.75 per item fee is assessed 
    • Remote Deposit Scanner - Single @ $375-$500 to purchase the scanner (depends on scanner model)

  • {205} Minimum Daily Balance must be maintained from the 26th of the month preceding the statement cycle to the 25th of the month of the statement cycle. Only accounts that share the same primary owner, using the same TIN/EIN, will be considered.

  • {206} Business Loan means any loan extended by us for business purposes excluding business and corporate credit cards, mortgage warehouse loans, and equipment finance agreements; consumer loans and any other loan issued for personal, family or household purposes do not qualify. An Open Business Loan is a loan with an outstanding balance—unless the loan is charged off—or a line of credit from which a customer may draw or advance. Only loans where the primary borrower is the primary owner of the deposit account, using the same TIN/EIN, will be considered. Current Balance is determined by the outstanding balance of the loan as of the 25th of the month of the statement cycle that the calculation is occurring. Current Balance excludes unposted interest and pending payments.

  • {207} Total Relationship Balance is determined by using the average collected balance on qualifying business deposit accounts from the 26th of the month preceding the statement cycle to the 25th of the month for the statement cycle that the calculation is occurring and by combining that resulting balance with the Current Balance of all qualifying Business Loans. Qualifying accounts and loans are those where the primary account owner and primary borrower are the same and using the same TIN/EIN.
