Simmons Service Month
In 2025, we celebrated our seventh annual Simmons Service Month, a time when we encourage all our associates to volunteer in their local communities. Our associates nevertheless made a tremendous impact by answering the call to donate time, talent, and resources.
Our team served 3,341 volunteer hours and impacted communities across our footprint! Our associates made $15,752 in monetary donations as well as donating nearly 4,143 items. We also named 37 “star volunteers” who donated 15 hours or more in their communities and received $150 to donate to the charity of their choice!

The Simmons First Foundation
The Simmons First Foundation was established in 2014 to help give back to the communities that have been so vital to our continuing growth and success. Former Simmons CEO Tommy May leads the foundation and stewards its mission to improve the lives of children through programs that enhance education and healthcare. Additionally, the foundation has established an endowment to support environmental & conservation efforts.
