What are Simmons Bank eStatements?

Simmons Bank eStatements are an alternate method of delivering periodic statements to you.

The traditional paper delivery of statements and notices via the U.S. Postal Service is replaced with an email notice to your email address indicating that your statement/notice is ready for viewing through Simmons Bank online banking.

Does an eStatement look like a traditional statement?

Yes.

Is there a cost for the Simmons Bank eStatement service?

No, the service is free.

Which Simmons Bank accounts are eligible for eStatements?

eStatements notices and statements are available for most deposit accounts and loan accounts.

What do I need in order to use the Simmons Bank eStatement service?

To use the Simmons Bank eStatement service, you must have the following:

  • An active Simmons Bank online or mobile banking account
  • An account eligible for eStatements
  • An email address

How do I enroll an account in eStatements?

Login to Simmons Bank online banking or mobile app; choose an account; select Documents; and follow the instructions on the screen.

How long are statements saved on Simmons Bank online banking for me to review?

eStatement customers have their statements saved on Simmons Bank online banking for 18 months. We begin accumulating your statements after you enroll in eStatements.

Will I receive images of my cleared checks with my eStatement?

If your account is eligible for an imaged statement, then YES! If your printed statement would include images of cleared checks, then your eStatement will, as well.

Will I receive any paper statements after enrolling in the eStatement service?

No, enrollment is immediate. Some notices are not eligible for enrollment in the electronic delivery service and will be received via U.S. Postal Service mail.

May I setup some accounts to receive eStatements while other accounts receive paper statements notices?

Yes. You may select which accounts are enrolled in the eStatement service. If the account is not selected, a paper statement/notice will be produced.

Can I sign up my combined statement for eStatements?

Yes. The lead account in your combined statement will be eligible for eStatements. Once the lead account is enrolled in eStatements, the entire combined statement will be sent via eStatement.

May I get both paper and eStatements?

No. You may have one service or the other. You may print your statement/notice from Simmons Bank online banking at any time.

What if I do not like eStatements how do I un enroll and start getting paper statements again?

You can un-enroll at any time. Once logged into Simmons Bank online banking, choose an account; click on Document; choose Sign Up/Changes; and deselect the account(s) for which you want to receive paper statements/notices.
