The following Terms and Conditions govern the SMS alert services offered by Simmons Bank and are in addition to any other terms governing those services.

You agree that Simmons Bank, its affiliates, and its agents (collectively “Simmons”) may send SMS notifications concerning your account and relationship with Simmons, including balance alerts, transactional alerts, and other account alerts. You further agree that Simmons may use an automatic dialer to do so.

SMS notifications may not be encrypted and may include personal or confidential information about you such as account activity and/or the status of your account. Simmons is not liable to you for any losses or damages arising from disclosure of account information to third parties as a result of the SMS notification.

You are aware that message and data rates may apply and that message frequency varies. Simmons and the mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To discontinue receiving SMS notifications from Simmons, text STOP to the number from which you received the SMS notification, at any time. For help or information, text HELP to the number from which you received the notification. For additional assistance with SMS Alert Services, you may contact Simmons at 1-866-246-2400.

Simmons will not transfer or assign your consent to receive marketing messages under this service, if any, to a third party or share information gathered solely from the SMS program with third parties for them to market to you.
