Eligible Customers who open a new Simmons Bank Business Core Checking, Business Plus Checking, Business Pro Checking, or Non-Profit Checking account (an “Account”) at an eligible branch between July 23, 2025 and October 31, 2025, and complete qualifying activities will receive up to three (3) cash bonuses (each a "Bonus") (not more than one (1) per statement cycle), of up to a total of $900 credited to the Account.

Eligibility

• “Eligible Customers” (1) are business entities, excluding public funds, trusts, financial institutions, or political action committees; (2) must qualify for an Account in Simmons Bank’s sole discretion; (3) may not have an existing Simmons Bank Simply Business 50 Checking, Simply Business 250 Checking, Simply Business 500 Checking, Business Core Checking, Business Plus Checking, Business Pro Checking, Non-Profit Business Checking, or Non-Profit Checking account per the bank’s records as of July 23, 2025; and (4) must have received a specified promo code (by mail, email, phone or otherwise) and use the promo code at Account opening.
• The Account must be opened at a participating branch using the specified promo code. See eligible branches below.
  
  

Qualifying Activities

To receive a Bonus, Eligible Customers must:

• First, open a new Business Core Checking, Business Plus Checking, Business Pro Checking, or Non-Profit Checking account using the specified promo code at a branch between July 23, 2025 and October 31, 2025.
• Second, enroll in Online Banking and maintain active Online Banking by accessing the Account via the Simmons Bank Mobile app or on our website at simmonsbank.com and again thereafter every ninety (90) days during the promotional period.
• Third, maintain the Account as open and in good standing (as determined by Simmons Bank) from the date the Account is assigned an account number ("Account Opening Date") until the Bonus is awarded.
• Fourth, meet all requirements for one of the following Bonus tiers during one (1) (or more) of the first five (5) statement cycles after the Account Opening Date. A maximum of three (3) Bonuses may be earned within the first five (5) statement cycles after the Account Opening Date.

Tier 1 – Earn $300 for the statement cycle

Maintain an average daily balance of $15,000 or more during the statement cycle.^{265}

Tier 2 – Earn $150 for the statement cycle

Maintain an average daily balance of $10,000 or more during the statement cycle.^{265}

Tier 3 – Earn $100 for the statement cycle

Maintain an average daily balance of $7,500 or more during the statement cycle.^{265}

Timing of Bonus:

The Bonus will be credited to the Account on the statement date for the statement cycle in which the Bonus was earned.

Limitations:

An Account will only be eligible for up to three (3) Bonuses during the first five (5) statement cycles^{261} after the Account Opening Date. A maximum of three (3) Bonuses will be available for an Account per Eligible Customer. A maximum of one (1) Bonus will be available for an Account per statement cycle.

This offer cannot be used in combination with any other promotion (the Refer-A-Friend Program is excluded from this limitation). Simmons Bank reserves the right to limit an Eligible Customer to $900 in Bonuses per rolling twelve (12) month period across all deposit relationships.

IMPORTANT TAX INFORMATION:

Each Bonus will be reported to the IRS as interest income to the owner of the Account, in the year received, as required by applicable law. Bonus payments will be reported on IRS Form 1099-INT, along with other interest you earn at Simmons Bank, for the year received. Customer is responsible for any applicable taxes and consulting a tax advisor. Simmons Bank is not a tax advisor.

^{265} The average daily balance for the statement cycle is calculated by adding the daily balance of the account for each day of the statement cycle together and dividing that amount by the number of days in the statement cycle.

In the event you open your Account in the middle of a statement cycle, the first statement cycle will be the partial statement cycle that includes the Account Opening Date. The statement cycle for Simmons Bank Business Core Checking, Business Plus Checking, Business Pro Checking, or Non-Profit Checking begins on the first day of the month and runs through the last day of the month unless otherwise agreed to by the parties in writing.
