With Simmons Online Banking, it’s easy to manage your accounts, make transfers, pay bills, and more from your computer. Similar to the mobile app version, you have the main menu located on the left and you can view the selected content on the right.

This menu allows users to navigate to the various screens of the platform. Each of the sections are illuminated as they are explained.

By clicking on your name, at the bottom of the menu, you have the ability to sign out as well as configure your settings.

The dashboard allows you to easily access your accounts, quick options, transactions: which shows the most recent activity of all your accounts, messages, payments: where you’ll see your bill pay activity, and transfers. You can also customize your dashboard to view what’s important to you. If you're unsure about how to do something such as setting up eStatements, try clicking on the lightbulb to check out our "How-To" demos. If you see these buttons, click on them to scroll the page. Try clicking on a menu item, or any of the dashboard features to learn more.

You can filter through your transaction by selecting a range of dates, adding key words, defining a range of amounts, a range of check numbers, selecting credit or a debit for the transaction type, and then sorting the results the way that you want. It’s easy and convenient to start a conversation with one of our customer service associates. You can attach an account, transaction, or file to your conversation so that we can provide an even better customer support experience. Please include as much information as possible to address your request and note that it may take up to a couple of hours to receive a response from an associate during business hours. When writing your message, you will be able to attach a specific transaction, account, or payment related to your inquiry. In this case, we will send a question about a transaction. Let’s select this transaction and attach it to the message.

By clicking send, your message will be sent to an associate who will respond during business hours. Once the associate replies to your message, you will see the response on the left column, or on the messages section of the dashboard.

Viewing the details of your Simmons accounts is easy. From the Accounts page, you can fully manage each account with functions such as View available Balance and recent Transactions, View Documents, such as Account Statements, Reorder Checks, Stop Payments, and View your Account Number and Simmons Routing Number.

If you would like to change the order of the displayed accounts, you can click and drag on the dots next to the account names to modify their order. To continue please click Done on the top right.

To add an account from an external financial institution, search for the name of the bank, or select from one of the options shown below.  You will be asked to enter your online credentials such as username and password that you use at that bank to add those accounts to your Online Banking dashboard.

Please note, you will only be able to see your balances and transactions, but will not be able to modify those accounts. Not all financial institutions are available to be added at this time. Please click the arrow to return to your account.

You can view the account’s transactions as well as choose to download, print, and search your transactions. You can also check your available balance, and select any of the quick links to manage your account. Try clicking on a feature or the information icons for more details.

If you have a question about this account, you can add it to an existing conversation in your Messages or you can click on Start a new Conversation to automatically attach this account to a new message. You can also click on the X on the top right corner to close this menu.

Transfer allows you to move money between your accounts. for your convenience, the account from which you selected this option automatically becomes the “From” account by default. You can select the destination account, type in the amount, and click submit. Please note that transfers are subject to daily and monthly limits.

If you have questions about your limits, you can ask customer service using the Messages function. Please take note of the cutoff times, limits and fees displayed on the screen when making a transfer.

Please click the arrow to return to your account.

Documents helps you manage your electronic statements and notifications for your account. You can click to view your electronic statements, choose to sign-up for electronic statements if you haven’t already, view or change your email settings for electronic notifications, or review account disclosures. Try viewing a statement, or explore the menu items at the top of the page.

Here is the list of all the accounts that you can setup for electronic statements. By requesting electronic delivery, you will NOT receive statements, notices, or documents in paper form, which are delivered by the United States Postal Service unless you specifically discontinue the eStatement service. You will be able to see an electronic copy of those documents in the eStatements/Notices tab from the menu shown at the top.

If you have questions regarding the disclosure agreement please contact Simmons Bank. You can click Support to find our phone number or send your question using the Messages feature. If you do not agree, you will not be enrolled in electronic statements and notifications.

You can select the email address where you want all the electronic documents delivered. Additionally, you can enter a security phrase of your choosing that will be included on each email that you receive with your electronic documents. This way you can be sure the email is genuine and came from Simmons Bank.

This is the eStatement Disclosure and Agreement to enroll in eStatements and notifications. You can go back to the Accounts section by selecting Accounts or Dashboard from the main menu.

It is easy to stop a payment for a single check, or a range of checks. Select A Single Check or A range of Checks to learn more. You can also click on the arrow to go back to your account.

To stop payments on a range of consecutive checks, type in the number of the first check where it says Start Check # and type the number of the last check where it says End Check #.You can also add the reason you want to cancel this range of checks.   Please read the disclaimer and fees shown on the screen before clicking on the confirm button.

To stop the payment of a specific check, enter the check number, the date when the check was written, the name of the payee, and you can optionally add the check amount and reason for the stop. Please read the disclaimer and fees shown on the screen before clicking on the Confirm button.

Alerts help you stay up to date on what is happening with your account. You can add alerts to notify you of changes in your balance or when certain transactions occur. Try clicking on either of the Add Alert buttons for a demonstration. To return to your account, click on the arrow.

This alert will notify you when your balance is Above or Below the amount you select. You can choose if you want to receive the notification via text message, email, or with an in-app message alert if you have the mobile banking app. Then, simply select Add alert, and you are done!

Downloading your account activity is easy. Just select the date range for the transactions you want and then a file type. Some common file types include Spreadsheet, Text file, Open Financial Exchange, QuickBooks, and Quicken. Please click the arrow to return to Accounts.

Transfers allows you to move money between your own accounts by selecting make a transfer. You can also view your next scheduled transfers and preview them on a specific date using the calendar. Additionally, you can add an external account for money transfers between your Simmons Bank accounts and your other financial institution accounts. Click on a feature to learn more.

Clicking on a scheduled transfer will show you the details of the transaction. You can change the amount, the frequency, the send date, or delete the transaction using the trashcan icon at the top of the page. Click on the arrow to return to Transfers.

To make a transfer, just select the account from which you want to take the money from, select the account to which you want to move the money to, and input the amount you wish to transfer. You can also select More Options if you want to make this a recurring payment, set the date of the transfer, and write a memo for your own reference. Please take note of the cutoff times, limits and fees displayed on the screen when making a transfer. If you have questions about your limits, you can ask customer service by using the Messages function.

Once you click submit, you will see a confirmation message on screen. You can make another transfer or click done to return to the Transfers section.

Here you can see your external accounts from the other financial institutions you have previously added to your online banking. You can click on them if you need to change any information or to verify the account.

For your security, you will need to enter your Online Banking password in order to add an external account. Once you’ve done that, you can now type the name of the account you want to add, provide the routing and account numbers and then select the type of account it is. You can easily find the routing and account numbers if you have a check from the account you want to add. Remember, this is a check from your other bank, not Simmons Bank.

[Add external account] button is pressed and the Transfer Setup screen is shown. The required information is filled out and you are returned to the Accounts page upon completion.

After you add an external account, you will receive two small deposits that will be under a dollar in that account in one to three business days.

After you receive those deposits, you will need to come back to the external accounts page, click on the account name, and then enter the amounts of those deposits in order to confirm your account.

With Simmons Online Banking you can choose to pay a bill, send money to a person, see your upcoming payments, or view them on a calendar! Check out how to add a new payee, pay a bill, pay a person or manage your payments by clicking on a feature.

Clicking on a payment displays the information related to the transaction, like the name of the payee, the date the payment was made, the date the payee received the payment, and the account from which it was paid. If you have any questions about the transaction, you can click on ask us about this payment and the transaction will automatically be added to a new conversation with a customer service associate.

A payment under “Payment History” is selected and a pop-up with details about the selected payment is shown with the option to “ask about this payment”.

Clicking on a payee displays the information on file. You can edit the payee’s information, make a payment, or view the payment history. Click on the X to continue.

To add a payee, you need to choose to either add a person, such as a family member or friend, or add a bill, such as a car loan or phone bill. Select one of these options to see the process.

To add a bill is quick and easy. First, enter the company name as shown on the bill. You can add a nick name to make it easy for you to remember what this bill is for. Next, add the phone number shown on the bill. After that, the account number. The account number is the account you have with this biller.   You can find the account number somewhere on your bill. Remember, this is NOT your Simmons Bank account. Now enter the address where the payment should be sent, and click submit.

For security, you will need to enter your Online Banking password in order to finalize the process. This bill is now officially added.

Adding a person is easy. Just enter the name of the person you want to send money to, their phone number and email address, and finally a keyword for you to share with this person for security. Think of this as a safety word you two will share. This way, when they receive a message indicating you sent them money, they will know it is genuine and not fake.

For security, you will need to enter the password to your account in order to finalize the process. You will see a confirmation message on screen once your payee has been added.

To pay multiple bills, first click on the plus sign on each of the bills you want to pay. Next, select when you want to send the money. You can use the calendar to select a specific date for when the payment will be sent. Please note that the send date is different from the date it will get to your payee. Next, enter the desired payment amount. Repeat the same process for the other bills.

When you are finished, click Review and Pay. You will have the opportunity to review the payment details, such as the name of the payee, the account from which it will be paid, the date when the payment will be sent and when it will be received by the payee. If everything looks good, you can submit the payments. Otherwise, you can remove any of the bill payments.

“Review and pay” is pressed and a summary page is shown before submitting the payments.

Once you submit the payments you will see a confirmation message. All that’s left to do is click done to return to the Bill Pay section.

When paying bills, you can choose to pay a single bill or select to pay multiple bills. Try paying a single bill by clicking on the payee named Landscaping. You can also click Add another bill to learn more.

When paying a single bill, the name of the payee you selected is shown at the top. The payment will be made from your default account. Please make sure that it is the correct account that you want to use to pay this bill. If you want to add another account to pay with, in bill pay, you will need to go to the Manage Payments section from the Payments screen. For now, we’ll go ahead and enter an amount. You can click on More Options if you want to change the frequency of this payment. This is useful if there are recurring payments you do every month for example. Now we can select when we want to send the money. Please note that the send date is different from the date it will get to your payee. In the case of this payee, the payment will be made by mailing a check, and you have the option of sending it via standard mail for free, second day delivery, or overnight for an additional fee. You can also click on the calendar to select a specific date for when the payment will be sent. Additionally, you can add a note or comment that can be displayed on the check, or make it a simple note to self.

By clicking submit, the payment will be sent to processing. The details of your payment are now displayed on screen and include the payee, the amount, the date when the payment will be sent, and the estimated arrival date, as well as the account from which it was made. All that's left to do is click Done to return to the Bill Pay section.

By enrolling in Remote Deposits, you’ll be able to deposit checks from your mobile device using the Simmons Bank Mobile Banking App to enrolled accounts. Once you make a mobile deposit using your mobile device, you will be able to see those checks on this page. In order to enroll, select the accounts that you want to activate for this service. Mobile deposit use is subject to approval.

In your Profile, you can change your picture by clicking on the image. You can also create a preferred name, which will be used on the welcome message to Online Banking, as well as update your address, email, and phone number by clicking on Edit. In addition, you can review or update your Security Settings and read the User agreement by clicking on them under User Management. Try exploring the Security and User agreement sections.

Here you can change your Username and Password. For your security, we recommend selecting a unique username, different from the usernames you use on other websites, that uses a combination of both letters and numbers. When changing your password, you will be shown the requirements that must be met when coming up with a new password, such as the length and the kinds of characters that are allowed.

If you already have Two Factor enabled and want to reset your information, you can click on your profile from the menu and then go to your settings. From there, click on Security. This is where you’ll be able to reset your Two Factor Authentication information by clicking the Reset button. Two factor Authentication is set up upon signing in to Online Banking for the first time. You’ll be asked to enter an email address and phone number. You’ll then have the opportunity to select your preferences for how we can deliver the Two Factor Authentication codes to you. You can opt in to receive it as a text message, a phone call, or through the Authy authenticator app. Once you’ve selected an option, we will send you a code for you to verify your information. We recommend clicking on Don’t ask for codes again for this computer ONLY if this is your personal device and is not shared. After that you’re all set! You can now click Ok to begin Online Banking.

Customizing your profile can be done from the Settings page. You can get there by clicking on your profile and selecting Settings. You can now choose to customize your profile picture, modify your preferred name, as well as change your address, email, and phone number.

If you’ve forgotten your password or can’t seem to login with your credentials, you can easily reset your password by going to SimmonsBank.com. From the home page, click on Forgot Your User ID or Password and then select the click here button. From here, you’ll need to type in your Social Security number as well as your account number. Once that’s been provided, you’ll receive a Two Factor Authentication code that must be entered in order to continue. After that, you are ready to create a new password for your account. We recommend making it a unique password that you don’t use anywhere else. Be sure to keep your password secure and saved somewhere safe so you won’t forget. Once your password is changed, you’ll then need to create a passcode for this device before you are automatically signed in to Online Banking.

Making Multiple Payments can be done from the Payments page. Once there, click on Pay a bill and select Multiple.

To set up an Alert, navigate to the account in which you want to set up alerts for by going into Accounts and clicking on the preferred account. Once there, you can click on Alert Preferences and choose to add either a Balance alert or a Transaction alert.

To set up eStatements, you’ll first want to navigate to the Accounts page. From here, you can click on any deposit account. Once you’re in an account page, click on Documents, and then Sign Up/Changes. Now, all you need to do is click on the box to automatically enroll all available accounts! You can also unenroll individual accounts by toggling the check marks next to each account.
