Two Factor Authentication
If you already have Two Factor enabled and want to reset your information, you can click on your profile from the menu and then go to your settings. From there, click on Security. This is where you’ll be able to reset your Two Factor Authentication information by clicking the Reset button. Two factor Authentication is set up upon signing in to Online Banking for the first time. You’ll be asked to enter an email address and phone number. You’ll then have the opportunity to select your preferences for how we can deliver the Two Factor Authentication codes to you. You can opt in to receive it as a text message, a phone call, or through the Authy authenticator app. Once you’ve selected an option, we will send you a code for you to verify your information. We recommend clicking on Don’t ask for codes again for this computer ONLY if this is your personal device and is not shared. After that you’re all set! You can now click Ok to begin Online Banking.

Setup eStatements
To set up eStatements, you’ll first want to navigate to the Accounts page. From here, you can click on any deposit account. Once you’re in an account page, click on Documents, and then Sign Up/Changes. Now, all you need to do is click on the box to automatically enroll all available accounts! You can also unenroll individual accounts by toggling the check marks next to each account.

Customize Your Profile
Customizing your profile can be done from the Settings page. You can get there by clicking on your profile and selecting Settings. You can now choose to customize your profile picture, modify your preferred name, as well as change your address, email, and phone number.

Setup Alerts
To set up an Alert, navigate to the account in which you want to set up alerts for by going into Accounts and clicking on the preferred account. Once there, you can click on Alert Preferences and choose to add either a Balance alert or a Transaction alert. Here’s how to add a Balance alert. *Insert Balance Alerts Mini-movie

This alert will notify you when your balance is Above or Below the amount you select. You can choose if you want to receive the notification via text message, email, or with an in-app message alert if you have the mobile banking app. Then, simply select Add alert, and you are done! You can modify or delete this alert by clicking on the Edit button. If you want to delete the alert, click on the trash can icon like this. Now try adding a Transaction alert, or to return to your account, click on the arrow.

Forgot Password (Can’t Login?)
If you’ve forgotten your password or can’t seem to login with your credentials, you can easily reset your password by going to Simmons Bank.com. From the home page, click on Forgot Your User ID or Password and then select the click here button. From here, you’ll need to type in your Social Security number as well as your account number. Once that’s been provided, you’ll receive a Two Factor Authentication code that must be entered in order to continue. After that, you are ready to create a new password for your account. We recommend making it a unique password that you don’t use anywhere else. Be sure to keep your password secure and saved somewhere safe so you won’t forget. Once your password is changed, you’ll automatically be signed in to Online Banking.

To pay multiple bills, click on the plus sign on each of the bills you want to pay. Next, select when you want to send the money. You can use the calendar to select a specific date for when the payment will be sent. Please note that the send date is different from the date it will get to your payee. Next, enter the desired payment amount. Repeat the same process for the other bills. When you are finished, click Review and Pay. You will have the opportunity to review the payment details, such as the name of the payee, the account from which it will be paid, the date when the payment will be sent and when it will be received by the payee. If everything looks good, you can submit the payments. Otherwise, you can remove any of the bill payments. Once you submit the payments you will see a confirmation message. All that’s left to do is click done to return to the Bill Pay section.
